The NCServes Network Empowering Veterans and their Families

Built by Veterans, for Veterans

Since 2014, NCServes has built a network of organizations, including government agencies, non-profits, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and employers that has have enabled us to offer a comprehensive array of services, including healthcare, mental health counseling, housing assistance, employment support, financial counseling, legal assistance, and more.

Our public-private partnerships are the strength of this network, allowing us to better serve our veterans.  Partners, such as Mecklenburg County, VA, DoD & National Guard, and State of NC have aided in the network’s development.

How It Works:

NCServes utilizes Unite Us;  a scalable coordinated care network that tracks outcomes, identifies service gaps and at-risk populations, and most importantly, empowers North Carolina Veterans and their family members to take ownership of their own health.
